Chikai stood in the middle of an open field. Tatsuo stood before her.

She formed hand seals and shouted. "Water Style: Water Jet jutsu."

The water jutsu knocks Tatsuo high into the air, cracking several ribs. Chikai pulled out her bow and drew it.

Tatsuo is stunned by the icy cold water jet and regains posture.
He does the hand seals.
"Earth style: Fist of Rocks"
he prepares himself to execute his Taijutsu

Chikai aimed and fired an arrow at his right upper arm.

Tatsuo intercepts the arrow and moves.

The arrow punches through Tatsuo's upper right arm, limiting mobility. Chikai smirks and draws another arrow.

Tatsuo cringes in pain, but its not the time to cry over it as he sees Chikai drawing another arrow.
He prepares his mud clones to distract her and takes refuge in the nearby foilage of trees.

Chikai shot at one of the clones as they rose from the earth. She drew her bow again.

but by this time, another clone had completed his hand seals.

Chikai attempted to dodge by rolling left.

Tatsuo observes Chikai's location as she falls getting hit on the shoulder... from his hiding point

Chikai clutched her shoulder, seething at the pain. Her bow dropped from her right hand, but she caught it before it touched the mud that was swallowing her boots. "Damn it," she said, slinging the bow over her shoulder and spawned a water jet under the snow where Tatsuo had bled, flinging the snow towards her.

Tatsuo watches Chikai get the blood soaked snow. He realizes his cover could be blown. "Multiple Mud Clone Jutsu"
4 mud clones spawned.
"disperse!" he ordered as the bushes rustled behind Chikai where Tatsuo was hiding.

Chikai caught the bloodied snow in her hands. She smeared it on her fingers, formed the handsigns then shouted, "Water Style: Blood Bind jutsu."
Tatsuo froze, unable to move.
She turned to where she heard Tatsuo's shouting. "Oi, I wouldn't struggle if I were you. Too much and your rip you arteries out."
 She pulled out a kunai, watching for any more clones.

Tatsuo is astonished at his paralysis
"That jutsu...dammit!.. I hope she does doesn't gets me in her first attempt"

Tatsuo uses the exposed clone (the one which attacked her with Earth Bullet).
"earth release: Floating Rock Technique"
chunks of ice covered rocks get dislodged and surround the clone.

"I don't want to kill you Chikai. So don't move or else these rocks will be on you!"
